Nobody has does this..?  I know there are some that sell them around here. With me having a bunch of sheds laying around i cant stand paying for them if i can make them myself though.. Plus i enjoy DIY projects..

Thanks for the link Dave.   If i cant find any info on making them with real antler burrs i may give this a try..

Anyone else. ?

Crafty, you can use those same instructions and just substitute the real burrs for the cast ones. The same adhesives/epoxy should work.

I'm watching my mailbox for a pair of burrs that a buddy is sending me to make a pair for my Foley...if I mess 'em up, I'm just gonna call Frank again.  ;)

Good luck on your project.

Cool link. That's pretty much what I did, but mine seem a little loose. I'm watching them closely to see if they hold up.

Well crafty, you get yours done yet?

I finally got mine put together....

My go-to-bow here is a Foley TD longbow, dirty bamboo, cocobola, axis antler tips...with them axis burrs, she looks all dressed up for a night of chasin' porkers through the sticks.  ;)
