I know the feeling of thinking you might lose one, congrats on not giving up and finding him. I know I probably never would have found mine without a string tracker and a good dog after the string tracker pulled out.

Way to go!! Thats a great story to break the ice on your trad turk.  I geared up with string tracker this spring but with limited time in Turk. country I couldnt get it done and didnt get to try it out.  I think they are the ticket though for Birds.
