Backstrap wrapped in maple cured bacon (marinated in Teriyaki)  and corn on the cob.  Come on over....

Haven't had this particular dish since Hunting in Alabama the first week of January.
Guess now I'll have to get some backstrap out of the freezer, You got me craving it now!
