The UPS man dropped this off yesterday. I was finally able to get some pictures taken today. It is a Great Northern Jack-Knife Ghost backed with timberrattler skins and moose horn tips. The limbs are hickory and the riser is shedua. Since I just had surgery I can't even string it up or shoot it for a couple of weeks at the earliest. All I can do is fondle it and make lusting sounds. I hope you all enjoy the pictures. Jack

Here is the upper limb.

Her is the lower limb.

Here are some riser pix.

Here are the specs.

That's a sweet one Jack!  Wow!  It's even dedicated to WRB...very cool.  Sorry to hear that you were under the knife.  I hope that your recovery is speedy and complete.  You need to shoot that bow and show us some busted nock pics as soon as you are well.

as for this...."fondle it and make lusting sounds." ....too much information.....

I would think it will be harder on you with bow in hand and unable to shoot her - than those still waiting for a shipment. Beutiful bow. Good luck in the recovery mode... JDH

That title is cold, Jack.  Real cold.     :campfire:

That bow is smokin' though!  Love the skins!

Had one almost identical to that one except 61# @ 26"...just got too heavy for me; sold it to Bo Slaughter a year or two ago.  Hands down the quietest recurve I've had the pleasure of shooting.  I like how Jerry is radiusing the risers now; my newest Bushbow has that added feature, and shoots sweet.  Great Ghost!!!

Jack Denbow

Thanks for the compliments on the bow.

Terry, yes Jerry is quite a guy, he has been my friend for more than 15 years.

I really like the Jack-Knife Hinge. One reason is that you do not have to remove the string when folded for travel. The tuning stays the same, just string it up and go.
The hinge makes for a great locator. I have not bought a Great Northern bow in the last 14 years that didn't have the hinge, that's how much I like it.
I have a Fireball that is a twin to this bow that I got 2 years ago.

Jeremy, sorry but I chuckled when I thought it up.

Someone asked for pix of the bow folded so here are a couple.
