If you are really interested in one, you can test out one of their bows, before you buy one. I have a 62" pl and I draw 30". It shoots really good. Although being short for my draw length I have no problems with it. If you are going to hunt with this bow you might want to go to a short model,so try before you buy.

hunterbob

I draw 28" and really like the 66" length

I also draw 28" and really like the 66".  I had a 64", 58# @ 28" LAG for 13 years, but have since changed in 2006, to 66", 55# @ 28".   I like the new riser much better than the old LAG, but I have small hands also.  Haven't noticed any problem hunting with the 66" either.

The 62" will work great if you need a shorter bow, even if you dont, the 64" will feel like butter on the draw.

Shoot...I'd go with the 60" model if it were me!

I have a 30" draw and owned a 62" PL and it was good out to my draw. I think a 60" PL, drawn to 27", will be "budda".

RC, Roger told me 62"s with my 27" draw.    :readit:    But I chose a 64"er.        My next one will be a 62"er though!    :biglaugh:

RC

Thanks Guys. I ordered a 62"er today.RC

RC if you like that widow you might want to check out one of Big Jim's Buffalo Bows They are really similar and a steal at 475 including exotic wood.  wish I saw this thread sooner I would have posted.

Also Jim is having a 3D shoot Sat at his place in Albany, don't know how close you are but it would be a good place to check out his bows.

Check the Georgia conference there should be a thread there with more info.

It has to be at least 64" to be a real longbow. That's the new manlaw!   :D

For a 27" draw, I think you will find that you can comfortably shoot a 60" or a 62". If It were me, I would choose a 60". I draw 29.25 and shoot a 64" bow and can't tell the difference between it and a 62". The black widow style longbow and those like it shoot exceptional without having all that extra length to get in the way of everything, unlike a lot of the older d style and the like.

I have a 60" plv 55@28" draw 27.5 and love it it is very smooth no finger pinch would not change to a 62. although both shoot good.
