Looking for a specific style of longbow

I've got the itch for a longbow, but don't know who makes what I want. I really like the looks of the Martin Savannah, but I want a bow that's at least 66" in length.
So, tell me, who makes a bow with a profile similar to the Savannah, but in a longer length?

Thanks

fatman

Jim, you might check out the Oracle by Dryad Bows, they're in the sponsor's list....Jason and Mike put out a great product at a great price...

Steelhead

Might try a Thunderstick 111 or Liberty Chief. Both longer hybrid style longbows. Both come in 66 inches and have good reflex and shoot very well.

keep an eye open for a Big River longbow.  I believe it will be pretty close ( John McDonald )

I think the Savannah is a shorter version of the old Martin Vision.  They don't make it anymore, but occationally I've seen one pop up in the classifieds.

Jim,

Call Ron King at Fox Archery and ask him about his Royal Crown longbow.  I don't know what the maximum length is that he offers it in, but it would be very close to what you are looking for and is a great shooting bow.  He also has a Triple Crown longbow that also is not on his website and I know comes in longer lengths.  Larry Yien helped design it and he shoots it in competition, and maybe for hunting.

Below is a pic of a Royal Crown:

I think the 21st Century Longbows "Lone Star" model with the "New Moon Grip" in 66" or 68" AMO would be one to take a good look at.

Thanks everyone for your replies.  I've looked at all your suggestions, and I think 'fatman' hit a home run for me.  I've built several bows (years ago) and I think the Dryad bow-blank will be just the ticket.  It's d/r, small riser that I can make fit me, and finishing will not be a problem.

Thanks,

Jim
