Let's return the favor; if you come to the southwest (New Mexico) same deal; different food though... not sure on the wine per your refined palate... may have to go with cerveza. Some of the BEST weather for elk hunting in the world...AND you can find out what all the hoopla about green chile is... ONE of the family is multi-lingual... She may still be here since she's a "Jesus child."  Remember Jesus didn't start his public life til age 30.
