Another vote for the GN Ghost.  My Sheepeater is also plenty quiet.

I have a Zona recurve that is quiet, fast, hits like a sledgehammer and is the smoothest draw of any of the recurves I have tried. My BW is quiet with the bow hush but nowhere near as smooth.

I shoot a Dalla and those around me say all they can hear is the arrow. It was the most quiet of all the bows being shot at the range I was at recently and that includes a long bow. It pushes an arrow pretty well too.

My Zipper is pretty quiet also!

It's better to shoot for the moon and hit the fence post than to shoot for the fence post and hit the ground!

Morrison Cheyenne with foamcore limbs.

My Check-Mate Attila is pretty quiet, but its slinging a 600+ grain arrow too.

RER Arroyo.  My 54", 46#@28" Arroyo is as quiet as any longbow I've owned, and I've owned more than a few!  :)

The quietest recuve I have owned was a short Fox Breed. With 10gns/lb carbons it was as quiet as most r/d longbows.

The quietest recurve I have ever shot is still hanging on my wall. I got it from JC a couple of years ago. It is a Saxon Kadiak.

I was a longbow guy tried many a recurve could not settle on one mostly because of noise until I tried and bought a legends recurve ( sponser on this site) give Mike a call, it was the best call I ever made for equipment. His bows have really improved my shooting pleasure. Thanks Jerry.

The two quietest recurves I've owned are the Sovereign Ballistik and DAS Dalaa and both were good performing bows.

Cant believe no one has listed a blacktail yet.  The ones I have shoot/heard are very impressive.

As of lately, I've been impressed with the Toelke recurves for being smooth, quiet, and good speed.  I've also tried a few  :)   Doc

Saxon  Selkirk and Checkmate King's Pawn are both longbow quiet
Is it too late to be what I could have been?

I'll second the Qinn Stallion. With a little tuning  it's   quite quiet !

Bob L.

I Think my Toelke Recurve is quiet. But have heard from a lot of people how quiet an Assenheimer is, that is a recurve I would like to try out.
Bob

Shawn Leonard

RER Arroyo, it is as quiet as any i have shot and that is well over 100 different curves. Almost impossible to get longbow quiet out of any curve. Quietest bow ever was a tie between a Roy Hall Cherokee LB and a 7 Lakes longbow! Shawn
