I shoot Arrow Dynamics out of my Widows. They really fly great, and are very easy to tune. You can shoot a wide range of bows with a wide range of draw weight...Doesnt seem to matter with these arrows...Whats "the best" is up to you to decide.

Cherokee Scout

You could shoot Gold Tip 3555s, Vapor 2000s, CX Heritage 90 or 150s. All will work depending on length of shaft and point weight.

Ray Johnson

I'm shooting Easton Epic 600's from a 44# PSA.They fly like darts and weigh about 410gr with a 175gr fp.They are not as durable as I would like but they work well for mid forties bows. The 500's should work well for your bow weight as well.
