I have owned several and never had a problem with getting them quiet. My new Medicine Point is giving me fits. Now I have the brace and nock point setting written down for most every bow I have ever owned but for some reason never wrote the specs down for any of my other Dyes I have owned.

What is the recommended brace for a 58" Dye recurve and where do you have your string silencers, 1/4th,1/3rds?

Thanks,

Danny

Danny,

I sent a PM.  But I would try around 8" and work up from there.

Danny,

I have had one now about two or three weeks. Mine is a 62" FF and is braced at 7 3/4" and is very quiet. My silencers are cat whiskers and are about 8 or 9 inches from where the string leaves the limbs when braced. I am having a little bit of problem getting use to the grip. Since your bow is shorter I would think the brace height would be a bit higher.

Danny, I have two Dale Dye's and both brace well at 7 3/4". Great bows.
