Jim Reynolds makes darn good bows.Very Reasonable by todays standards. I shot a ThunderStick III that was 57#s @ my 27" draw length.All BOO limbs. That bow did not feel like it was 57#s, a MOAB and I owned a 56" ThunderStick Mag. The Mag was one of the best bows I owned or shot.I had sold a "Big Name" hybrid and bought the 56" Mag. It blew the doors off the Big Name Bow. At almost half the price.  If you closed your eyes and drew it back you would think you were drawing back a 62/64" Longbow it was that smooth! I would still own the Mag today if it was a few #s heavier.It was 42#s @ my 27" draw. Someday I will own another either a MAG or a MOAB .By the way BUCKY bought a MAG because of my 56"er.

Thanks for all the info.  It sounds like the mag will make a fine tree stand and blind bow.  Now I just need to get my hands on one to shoot.

I just got a new MOAB a couple weeks ago. Shoots great. Jim made it with the handle grip that I prefer and did just a super job.

I have a T-mag that I love to shoot out of my blind.  Great little bow at a great price.

Will a 60" MOAB handle a 30" draw ok ?

Not sure about the 60.Had the 62 and it was real smooth for me out to 30.The riser is not very long and I think the hybrid style is gonna help make it shoot better than some other 60 inch bows for your long draw.

What about the grips, whats the standard grip look like? other options for MOAB ?? thanks guys..Marco

Ya I am wondering about the grips also.  I know you can probably get some optional ones, but I am wondering about the standards on both bows if I find on used.

Choosing between a Mag and a MOAB is like choosing between cold beer and free beer. How can you go wrong with either one?
