in need of arrow help

currently using bob lee 60" 52lbs at 27" rec hunter b50 string 2114.s cut at 28" 125tip tunes well out to 18yrds!now this is where i need some help i want to have a heaver arrow for deer so would a 2117 with my ff string bo a good place to start with a125/145gr tip?                                                     i am using the planning method of tuning i realize that 2117 is 2 jumps from a 2114!                                                                  any suggestions

Of course all bows and shooting styles are different but 2117's will probably fly fine. Although little stiff and heavy in my opinion. My specs are dead on like your's and I have shot 2114's, 2016's, 2018's, 2117's and Gold Tip 3555's. Ive found with 125 to 140 head weights the 2016's have done the best in the aluminum's and the Gold Tip 3555's are like darts for carbon.

You should order one of the test spine package kits to see for yourself though.
