I've wanted a Shrew for many years.  Just never got off my butt and put myself on the waiting list.  Ron LaClair was so gracious to have this bow on his stock bow list and I had to have it.

It's a 58 inch Super Shrew Gold, 49 @ 29".  I can honestly say it's the only other 58 inch bow (my BW Recurve being the other) that I ever felt comfortable drawing to 29 inches.  It is also extremely quiet and I haven't even put any silencers on it.

Awesome bow Ron...Thanks!!!!

What beautiful grain in that wood.  Nice choice and I'm happy to hear you finally got one!  :)   Now, go out and break it in this year!

Man, the only thing wrong with that bow is that it's right handed.   :)   Seriously it's beautiful.

What arrows are you using with it?

The bow is beautiful and my choice of draw weight. The riser looks like diamond wood with spacers which make it look richer, and also give a longbow more phyical weight. Limbs are a beautiful color! Let us know if it shoots as good as it looks and with what type of arrows. Ken

Nice pick-up Steve.....18-20# more draw weight and you could hunt with it.   :p

Seriously, I'd love to end up with a 2 pc TD, 60", 65# @ 30" Shrew one of these days.

Steelhead
