When I talked to a lady there, I didn't talk to the main guy. Sounded like you order parallels and tapers. And build a limb stack. I'm not positive on that.

I figure what gives it the gray color is about halfway down the page   HERE  
Along with some other "VITAL" stuff for the mix.
