Went slippin' through the swamps this morning.  Caught a glimpse of a group of pigs about 80 yards away.  Got the wind right and headed to them.  When I got to about 30 yards, I found myself on one side of a dry slough, and the pigs on the other.  Got in position behind a big oak and waited for one to get right.  This one gave me a shot at 22 yards, across the slough, and I took it.  I remember two things, the perfect arrow flight, and how quiet my bow was.  She went about 20 yards and piled up.  First public land pig of the year.

Congratulations Chris!

You made some 2009 pork!

Not a pass-through - must've hit the far shoulder?  What broadhead and what poundage bow?

You made pork!

Shoot straight, Shinken

Shinken, it broke the near side leg bone, and cut about 3/4 way through the off side bone as it passed by, just below the shoulder blade joint.  No pass through, but I did get an exit.
