Question   :knothead:  Thinking about picking this model up for my recurve. Do you have to remove the quiver to string/un-string your bow ?
Thanks
Mike

Not if you use a bow stringer.

I have several Selway slide-on quivers for my recurves and longbows. I really like them!!!!!

Soap the limbs up with warm soapy water, and slide the quiver pieces in place. Wipe the limbs off with a warm wet (clean water) washcloth or paper towel, and hang it horizontal to dry overnight.

In the morning it will be practicaly glued in place and will NOT move!!!!!
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

Ditto that.  Get them as close to the riser as you can, at least inside the fadeouts, so they don't interfere with limb flexing.

I agree with the Selway quivers.  However I have a T/D bow, so I use the model that bolts into the limbs.  I have had it several years.  The only thing I have to do is replace the foam insert in the hood after 3-4 yrs.  It has always been strong and quiet.  I carry a quiver full of arrows, even when practicing.  I just like the feel and balance of the bow with the quiver full.  That way it always feels the same when I go hunting.

I had a slide-on and could never get it to stay as tight as I wanted.  Sold it and got a boa type.  Like that much better...
