I know they are new out but wondering if any one had a chance yet to shoot one of Dan's new Chinook recurves? If so would like your opinions.

Didn't shoot one but I did draw one and check it out at the TBM banquet this last weekend.  It has the same handle as the Whip.

I was at Dan's a week or so ago and had a chance to shoot one. My impression was that it was a little quicker than the whip, had a similar grip as the whip, shot very well, was pleasing to the eye as well as comfortable in the hand. I shot a 58" bow and the draw was smooth for my 29.5" draw. It wasn't quite as quiet as my whips but nothing else I've shot is either. Just a slight noise that may have been me rather than the bow. The bow's beautiful lines combined with Dan's workmanship promises to be a crowd pleaser for both hunting and target shooting.
