Brace Height

I have a 55# Bear Grizzly AMO 58". What is the correct brace height for this bow. My fletchings are sitting on the arrow reat at the moment soi know I need to twist the string up some. All help would be appreciated.

I usally set it at 7&1/2" to 8" for a 58" recurve,from the deepest part of the grip to the string.

By deepest part of the grip do you mean the point where the V of the grip (thumb-forefinger valley) hits the grip. In other words the spot furthest from he string.

Yes, the deepest part of the riser is as you described.  That is the point from which brace hieght is properly measured.
