I shoot the 150's cut to 30"s 100 grain brass adapter with 125 screw in point or broadhead out of a 55@28 Pronghorn that I draw to 29.5, best  flight I have had from a carbon shaft thanks to Shawn Leonard for the advice!

Danny Rowan

62# Recurves,29.5" cx 250s with 100 gr brass insert and 200 gr point. Like a dart out of my bows. Perfect flight!

No problem, I fought with a lot of different setups and went back to wood but now shoot both. Let us know how it works out, I just killed a hog with my carbon set up and it worked perfect.

My results of CE Heritage 150

BOW is a Crow Creek Recurve 54#@28 with 12 strand B50 flemish string. I draw 29

3 Carbon Express Heritage 150 cut at 30"
Arrow configuration.
Bareshaft 100g insert with 125g field point
1 fletched 100g insert with 125g 3 blade snuffer
1 fletched with 12g insert and 123g field point.

Shooting was done from about 20 yards. These are pictures of the shots in order taken. They arrows seemed fast and flight seems very good. Bareshaft always has a bit of an upward angle in target.

I would say 150's could be a good choice for mid 50# bow.  I plan to compare with 250's tomorrow.
