Welcome to the great state of Texas. Once you get used to the warm weather you will love it. Started out about 27 hear at the old homestead this mornin but will warm up to a nice 67 or 68. The night huntin for hogs is really great. Nothin like sittin in a huntin chair dressed all in black in the middle of the night with your corn about 8 yds away. Steve Shedd and I wrote a song about that the he put on his last CD ,Gone Huntin. The song is called Blood on the Tailgate. Check out his CD . Thanx for the welcome back. out of the 14 years I was down there, I never got used to the heat...I am really looking forward to the better weather/warmer winters. Yes I know it gets cold down there, but nothing like up here in YankyVille.

P.S. Terry Green, I'm taking you up on your advice to move to a State that has HOG hunting....lol

Sorry been calling Texas, Tejas after I was down there for a year. Guess it was because I worked with a lot of TexMex & Mexicans for a few years... It just grew on me...
