David, I only shoot a 52lb MOAB but it is by far the fastest, smoothest shooting bow I have ever owned. It performs like a 60lb bow so if you were to shoot a 45lb, you would be impressed with it.  :D

My dad's 55# moab throws and arrow much faster and on an amazingly flatter trajectory than my 70# Quillan bamboo longhunter. REally incredible.

I was hoping to get a chance to shoot one at Kalamazoo.  :banghead:

I've never had the chance to shoot a MOAB but if it shoots anything like my Thunder Stick MAG then it's a winner.

I have shot bout 4 of these bows They seem alright, but not impressed with them enough to buy one. They seem to shoot at about the same speed as my savannah nd my Fred Anderson but nowhere nere the speed of my Bezaleel longbow
I dont at all care for the finish and these bows seem to be lacking the attention to detail I look for in a custom bow good price and zero hand shock are the big upsides to this bow
bezaleel bow works

Haven't shot but a few arrows through it enough to comment, but some of the prettiest longbows I've seen. Jim is a true craftsman as well as a great person. I'm a recurve shooter and when I did shoot one at Compton it hit the mark. Can't say that about several longbows I've shot.

Tyree, you must have seen a used beat up used bow because all the MOAB's I've seen are gorgeous. Even woods I don't care for Jim has a way to make look good. I feel Jim's atttention to detail is top notch. Thats just my opinion.

Love the lams. on the first pic...second one is a looker also. Do you have some side shots of the riser? I've been wanting to shoot a MOAB for a long time. It's on the top of my list.
