I would like to see some pics of the T/D or 1 piece Schafer Silvertip longbows you own, as well as any comments you could tell me.( Pros and cons)

this is my Dads schafer T/D longbow
very nice bow, shoots where you look.
VERY nice grip fit awesome, and checkered







Dave does not make these anymore he does the 3 piece T/D now which is also very nice but i prefer this one.

Here's a 3 pc takedown. 62" 61@28. Just ordered some 45lb limbs for it yesterday. Nice craftmanship. A good shooter too.

I had a Silvertip longbow a few years ago for a moose hunt. Really nice shooter, and good looking, too. It got moved along, like most bows of mine do. I didn't need the heavier draw weight anymore. I can't think of any negatives about it. I think you'd like one.
