OK, its dark, where is that update?  

I got back about an hour ago. I saw a whole bunch but they were way out in front. I needed some guys out in front. I managed 3 shots and only one close one. It was brutal walking, frozen on top and ya broke thru and sank. Nice time though and max had a good time!! OOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Shawn

On a muuuuch more serious note, how many arrows should i bring?? Having never hunted rabbits in a few feet of snow (chuck    ), I'm not sure what the recovery stats are.

I would think a dozen or two should be good. Arrow recovery depends on the effort ya want to spend. Some guys leave with all their arrows....some leave with out any. Dont forget the steel...so bring some "throw away" arrows too.
It eats arrows like its cool.

We have snow now just got home after 18 hours of plowing. Very nice job chuck!!No workout for elma this weekend.

This coming Saturday is gonna be a small warm up, meet at my house around 2:30. and we will hit the new spot for a couple hours. If we do not get anymore snow by than it should be good.  Nice spot to run the dogs if anyone has one to bring besides Elma Fudd, no roads for a couple miles in 3 directions and only one closer than a mile and we drive in that one!! I would like to keep it to around 10 guys or so, I know Gaffey will come and Curt, Damon, Jamie, Izzy and myself so respond pretty quick if ya want to give it a go!! Looking good, should have close to the 66 we had last year, maybe more!! OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHH YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! Shawn

I also should say everyone should try and hit people up for the raffle. I am shameless when it comes to getting stuff for these kids. I am gonna try T-shirts again this year, it is up in the air. I will know more Monday. I am trying to keep it down to $18 and half would go to the kids, same design Ed(3dmuzzy) used a couple years back, same as my tattoo!!! Shirts are a great idea, especially like wearing mine to the Muzzy.
As far as the raffle, I will bring an armguard Saturday that was sent to me for the raffle....wait til you see this thing Shawn. Not sure what I am contributing yet....
