    Thanks guys for the welcome! I've been on the fence regarding archery for several years. Now the real hunting starts, eh? Although I must say I've been lucky enough to get rather close to the critters I've shot, perhaps the longbow will be a little less spooky.
    I also have a use for some of my first deer's hide that I've been hanging onto for years. I stayed up late last night and made an armguard that I'm quite proud of:
