190 gr. interceptor or 160 gr. land shark?

it seems that i am having a hard time finding these heads right now and can get the 190's.  which do you think is the better head of the two?  i have thought about swapping to the 190 and giving my dad the 160s--that is what he wants.  i guess i am asking is the 190 any better or about the same?

Good Luck!  Can't find 'em anywhere.  Look in older archery shops, they may have some still.  That's where I found my last doz.

I use the 190's and like them.They do a real good job and make one heck of a hole.Learned how to sharpen them right here in the how to's
