sell the hides. aint worth alot, about $10 or so around here. Coon populations are way out of control,,,around here anyway.

Dang Walt, I didn't know you were a coon hunter. We were planning our hunt for this weekend but it is going to get postponed. We are heading to the outer banks of NC to hunt Tundra swans with the traditional gear. I will start another thread with that story. I will come back to this one as soon as I can.

Sounds like fun.  I would suggest carbon arrows with flu-flus and lighted nocks.  If your like me and have a tendency to miss, that setup would help in finding your arrows.

I love to hunt quail, and I love archery....now that is a tough combination because the target is a little small and tough to hit...even with a shotgun...
