I have to acknowledge the great service at Morrison Archery. I sent an 18" ILF riser to Bob that had some issues(I did not buy the riser from him but another Trad Ganger). He made the riser look brand new and it only cost me shipping both ways!

Above and beyond as always.

I also got to speak with Mrs. Morrison a couple of times. A sweeter lady there isn't.

You couldn't ask for better Customer service than that. Any chance their might be a set of limbs for that riser being shipped back too ?

Yes David, he's easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and is willing to share ideas. He was very helpful in our developing the adjustable "Totem" system. In fact it was pretty much his idea.

They don't come any nicer than Bob, and his bows are the best IMO.

You hit it right David, Bob and Barb are two of the nicest people I've dealt with. I also had some issues with my Shawnee this year after coming back from Colorado and Bob said send it back when the seasons over and he'll make it "Pretty" again. The issues were the rocks liked to jump up and ding my bow! Anyhow, I'm a little scared to call him right now cause he has a way of talking me into ordering another bow. And when he fails a few soft words from Barb and I'm ordering!

Well I traded that bow and another Morrison ILF so I could get a Osage and Ebony risered Cherokee with the foam core limbs with Diamondback skins on them and a Fedora Extreme. lol

You'd never know the riser now Pat. It looked brand new.

I just got a Morrison Mini 14 second hand and I spoke with Bob today and he gave me as much of his time as I needed and he dialed me right in. I can honestly say after speaking with him I can't wait to spend some money on some new Dakota ILF limbs. Bob is a great guy and always has time to talk hunting and bows. Customer service is key in the custom bow world.
