My Quinn Stallion came in today. I am impressed. It was packaged perfect, came with all the parts it needed and in perfect condition. And just to make things even better, Peggy called from Quinn's just to make sure I got the bow and to make sure everything was ok. Now that is service. This bow is as nice as everyone has bragged about on this site. I am pleased.  :)

I also wanted to share a quick picture of the arrows I am making up for the Stallion. 11/32 ceader shafts. I stained them with anilyne dye, 2 coats, then touched them up with #0000 steel wool. Did some creasting on a home made machine. I am not good at creasting, but it will do. Then 4 coats of min-wax spray on polyurathane hitting them with the steel wool in between coats.Burned the feathers into the shape I like. I still have a few to do but wanted to share a picture or two. Don   :)

Neat looking arrows. You will love your Quinn. Mine was very tolerant of different spine arrows and shot as well as many bows costing hundreds more.

I agree with Owlbait, i have 2 Quinn Stallions, a black#47 and a Brown#50, 2 bows that will not leave my house! I shoot Vapors from Sipsey River, the 2000 in the #47 shoots great, and 3000 in the 50#. But like he said above, it aint picky at all. I found if I used a bow sling, held the bow with thumb and index finger they shot great, seemed to want to torque against my meaty hand and shoot left otherwise, but no handshock whatsoever.
