I have a bear kodiak magnum on the way.  It is 45@28.  My draw is 27 inches.  I think that I want to stay with aluminum arrows with 5 inch feathers.  Give me some info on what size I need and length I should cut them.  I am thinking maybe 2016's at around 29 inches.

I think you're going to need to drop to a 1916, and I'd still leave it long and cut it back slowly.

At a 27" draw 1916's at 29" should be the ticket.
You may get by with 2016, but I would try one first.
