Trueflight makes a Chartreuse, which is a bright yellow.  If this is what your looking for, I can set you up.

Sagittarius Archery Supplies of Los Angeles, CA, 626-799-5726.  They are usually at Cloverdale and have the most beautiful feathers I have ever seen.  They process their own and the color saturation is beautiful.  I have purchased both chartreuse and flor. yellow from them.  They are not at all the same color.  I know what you are looking for.  They are great to deal with and more reasonable than any feather out there.  The die cuts are all trimmed neatly on the ends so there are no pointy ends on the feathers.  Also good prices on Rose City cedars....Dave

I usually just get chartreuse from KK or 3rivers.
