I have just used the FF strings on mine.  I haven't hunted with them much so noise has not been an issue.

Use a flemish fast flight.  It probably came with an endless loop string.  I changed to the flemish, D-97, and it helped to quiet it down a good bit.  Good luck.

I bought a Classic Longhorn recently and it came with a FF endless loop string.  I used the Apex Predator wool silencers in the string and loop and it's really quiet.  Maybe try this or what the others advised.
