I was curious to see how many whitetails you guys have with traditional equipment?

Cum catapultae proscriptae erunt tum soli proscripti catapultas habebunt.

Curtis Haden

Zero P&Y's.  Which is the same number bbassi gave. (for me -- saying nothing about him)    :readit:

Seriously, if God decides to give me a chance at a 140+ class buck someday, I'll gladly take it.  Until then, I'll be grateful for whatever else I can get close to.

A subtle play on words is better than a poke in the eye.

I've taken only one whitetail that scored higher than the P & Y minumum. Unfortunately, I took him with a shotgun slug during the firearms season. Missed the B & C minimum by a mile.  :o )

None for me, either.

Seriously, I haven't cracked an official trophy boar yet, either; but, you guys know the truth to the cliche, "They're all..."

I have three but I don't measure anymore,I just enjoy getting a shot.
I put the "stink" in instinctive archery!

Olebow

That really doesn't matter to me actually.  I love the hunt with a recurve bow in my hands.

Perhaps I do have a couple or so, but I have never had them measured.

Please hunt for the love of the HUNT!

none in the book, I can't see deducting inches if they don't match.P&Y and B&C stink because of that.. Just wrong

adeeden

1 officialy, but I no longer have mine scored.

Missouri Bowman

None......  Never cared to see if any measured up.  Any deer with a longbow or recurve is a trophy to me.

koger

Two, a 142&7/8 taken at 24 yds and a 132 taken at 18 yds.

I have one in the book from 1997.

Still looking for my second one.....

When someone hunts with me for the first time I tell them up front I'm a DEER hunter. Anything with horns and especially big enough to score is a BIG bonus. I still haven't figured out how everyone can get deer to smile long enough for them to age them on the hoof. I'd like to see how much film footage the pro hunters would get in my areas I get to hunt. Not to say they couldn't, but I don't think there would near the  passing up of deer you see on T.V.

Justin Falon

7 in all.  Have really moved away from it though.  Getting back to basics and not focusing on horns anymore.  It's more fun that way.

You would think that I have a few since I live in Kansas, the 'monster bucks behind every tree' state.

I've seen two or three during my years of hunting but I've only devoted one season trying to shoot one certain buck.  That was a mistake on my part.

0-Zero for me.  The meat tastes way better than the antlers.
