Anyone use em? What have your results been?

Compare their wound channels, entry and exit holes, and blood trails with other heads please.

Thanks

I don't know about the Deltas, but the 4 blade eskimos are awesome broadheads. All the deer I've put them through went down quickly with awesome blood trails. Tripper

they are the best head out there  ....... shoot good, hold an edge , rugged , great blood trails  ............. there MIGHT be bheads out there that can tie but NONE can beat a Zwickey Delta 4 BL  ........... I've used em for 20 years

I used Delta 2 blades for years and loved 'um but I never could get the bleeders on the four blade version sharp. Terry Greene uses the four blade Zwicky and can sharpen them well. He would be the guy to ask.

I have used them for years and have tried other heads, still come back to Zwickey for the best result....

Charlie Lamb

I probably used my first Black Diamond Delta (Zwickey) back in 1965 or so. Have used it a bunch since then and exclusively before switching to Magnus I's.

The new version (copper brazed) is much stronger than the old ones which could split at the seams on hard impacts.

The steel is very good... takes a great edge.

Penetration is excellent... the small bleeder "relieves" the hole so it gaps but doesn't impede penetration at all.

Put in the right spot, blood trails are short and profuse.

Very light strokes of a file on one edge of the bleeder get it sharp quick.

My favorite head by far....for over 20 years.

During those years, I've held to a 33-36 yard recovery rate here in my home state for all those years as well.

The bleeders are a cinch to sharpen....just click here.

I second what Charlie says, and I've been using them about as long as he has.  Just recently have taken a liking to 160-grain STOS, but always have a few Zwickey Deltas in my quiver.

Al Kidner

I've always looked at usen them but am a fan of Woodsman heads as well as STOS heads too much to change.

It'd be nice if STOS came out with a 4 blade like the Zwickley Delta 4 blade. Now that'd be a head!
