i have never saw more then 1 buck in a day, today i saw 3!!! a doe with a button buck, a lone buck awhile after them and a big 4 point a while after him. might not sound like an achievment to most but in my neck of the woods it REARLY happens! all 4 deer took a trail that i was going to move my stand to, well i did after i got down today! i will be in the new stand bright and early tomorrow for sure. i got the pleasure oif watching the 4 point make a scrape. an AWESOME DAY in the woods!

sounds like that doe and button got your number. Same ones every day? What are you doing, feeding them or something?  :D

yeah the doe and button come through like the 8am train, right on the button so to speak every time, 8am choo choo!!! you can set your watch by them, that is the thrid time in as many days. the 4 has come by right arond 9 or so but from different routes, i do believe he will be activly using this trail now as does are using it a lot and he made a scrape right in the middle 25 yards from my stand. Bowspirit and Adirondackman helped me place the stand in a pine tree over looking the trail, there is no way they can see me. now its a matter of time for the right shot. i can't recall being this excited about hunting and believe you me i lived for hunting in my youth!! i enjoy it much more now for different reasons yet i feel like a kid again!
 Bill,
i forgot to pee in it and i had ment to do that before i left. i don't think he needs incentive though i believe he will DEFINITLY be using this trail.

cool story and quite an accomplistment in your neck a the woods.

I hope a ten-point runs your four-pointer off and snuggles up to that doe.

I increase my deer sightings by 50% tonight, had at least 6 different does and two bucks within 15 yards of my ground blind. No shots as they were all in buck brush. Got to get a stand up tomorrow. Hope to put some meat in the freezer.

Picnic.
His name is Picnic. I only use those little white forks when I am at a picnic.

What, you don't   want a ten-pointer hanging out with your doe? Uh...what's HER name?

I watched a doe with two fawns and an eight-point grazing in the drizzly woods this afternoon. Took some video. I'd show it to you, but I am embarrassed by the traffic noise, as they are right by my condo development. My dog was SO good, just watched for a bit, then turned and watched my six while I took pics.

I am looking forward to pics of your Picnic. :bigsmyl:
