I'm new to traditional and am curious if I have picked the correct arrow. I have a Pearson cougar 64",40# @ 28". I draw 29" so I figure I'll be drawing around 42#.I made up some 1918's.They are 30.5" long. I put 4" feathers with as much right helical as I could with my blitz. The feathers are an 1.75" from the end of the nock. Is this ok? They weigh right at 500 grains with a 125 grain tip.I have about 300 aluminum arrows so If I need to use a different size its no problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated..Thank Roy

How are the arrows flying bare, they may be alittle stiff for a 40-43# bow.I put my feathers as far back as I can but allow room to grab the string without touching the feathers.

They have some wobble, but this could be setup. I'm shooting off the shelf and dont know exactly where to put my nock. I'm learning by trial and error. I looked at the charts posted on here and decided to try these arrows...Thanks for the reply.
