What arrow to shot

Just curious what everyone else is shoting.I shot a Assenheimer 62"-55#@28 I will be shoting a 28 1/2" arrow.What spline shaft and grain boardhead does everyone shoot with the specs or what do you reconmend,I prefer woodies. Terry

I am shooting a 65# Saluki longbow. I have 60-65 spine cedar arrows with 145gr woodsmens on them. My arrows are 29" long. I tried heavier arrows, but this setup works the best so far.
