If the link works, it should show a 30 minute film of Art Young in Alaska (circa 1926).
I really enjoyed it and would love to try and recreate that voyage.  It looks like they spent the better part of a year up there.

Hey, worked great. I haven't seen this in years. There was a point in time when our archery club had a good turnout at meetings and a gentleman had access to a selection of old 35mm films like this one and old Fred Bear ones also. There were some tough ol' buggers in those days. I remember as a youth in Idaho, trying to use melted deer tallow to waterproof my boots, just how terribly cold my feet got.I still have problems from frostbit fingers when they get cold. I didn't wade any rivers on purpose either. How great it is to have warm and dry stuff nowadays. Good job Bub!
