Bear Heart

Here are some of the pics of my Colorado elk hunt during opening week.  This was the first time my father and I had hunted together.  I had my 60# Sovereign Ballistik and he had a 61# Shaefer Silvertip.  We didn't get an elk but some some amazing country.  Did see moose, bighorn sheep, antelope and some monster mule deer.

So does anyone else notice how the stump in the 3rd pic looks like a dogs face?....just an observation.

Yeah I thought that the stump looked like a dogs face so we took a picture.
Its the area around Walden.  Zirkel wilderness, 7 utes, bear paw etc.

Wonderful pictures! I thought the stump looked like a bear...but then, I've not seen too many bears!
