I'll be heading to the Thumb as soon as I get out of work today.  Weather looks like its going to be perfect.  30s at night going to the mid-50s during the day.  Winds will be from the NW shifting to the W.  Perfect for both my morning and evening stands.  Can't wait!!!

My first opening day in too many years was successful!  It was windy, rainy and I spent Wednesday and Thursday huddled in my new ground blind (a Christmas present from my lovely wife) dry and reasonably warm.  I saw two black squirrels and two raccoons!  I got back!
