I have a Thunderhorn Boa with the black plastic hood. I am thinking about painting it camo or a lighter shade to match my bow better. Any one tried this on a quiver, what type of paint.?? Thanks, Scott

Try Tandy Leather. They have paints for leather work.

I have used KRYLON CAMO paint on plastic quiver hoods and it worked great.I think it comes in green, black, brown and tan. I make up some stenciles in the shape of leaves and sticks and it comes out really well.

I just spray my bow with camo paint and hit the quiver (GN) as well.  A couple swaths of green on the brown quiver is just right.

Krylon camo paint works great, I've got 4 quivers that were painted with it in the early 80's and they still look great. Just need to do an occassional touch-up. I've got friends that use the spray paint made for plastic patio furniture and swear by it, just have to find the right colors. Use leaves for stencils and it will look great.
