Selway longbow stringers - what... the... heck...

I really appreciate all the tips and so forth.  It never ceases to amaze me what a great resource this site is.

'Kahn,...What Brad said. I string/unstring my Hills several times a day sometimes (how many times depends on how much yard work I'm avoiding)  ;)   and I've never used a stringer on any of my Hills. Like Brad said just brace the lower tip against your instep and grab the bow right above the grip in the fadeout and string it up. That's the reason the lower tip is designed like it is.
