A while back ago I asked a question here about the sharpness of Steel Force heads because I had purchased a 3 pack that were dull.  Nick at Steel Force was quick to contact me and determined the heads I bought were pre Vision Quest taking over the business.  They didn't grind those and they have discontinued that particular broadhead. To set things right they offered to send me a new pack of heads.  I received them this past weekend and they were razor sharp right out of the box.  As a bonus they threw in one of their new 140 grain single bevel heads to try out.  It's very nice!  I can't say enough good things about the customer service at Steel Force.  They really went above and beyond.  Great people to do business with!
