Mine are hissing too and short of coating them with vaseline I haven't found how to get them to quit. Just dont care to get grease everywhere to get them to stop. Love the head but cant hunt with a head that sends a telegram to the animal that it is inbound!

Bought some razorcaps, near the same BHd. got them coming in 130 grain mode, will add 100 grain brass insert to get the weight I need.

Wishin someone offers a tip to help stop the hissing.

Jeremy,
The first 6 I bought last fall were as you described, crooked as a ribbon!
I bought 6 more a few weeks ago and they are perfect, they are a little shorter than my first batch, by 1/8", I guess that is due to the new precision grind.

try to line 2 edges of broadhead to your hen feathers when you glue.best way is to lay flat on table 2 feathers down to 2 edges down.line them up then spin balance.2 ton epoxy gives you a little time to do this.let dry over night.may help.

Thanks crook wil try that, I love the heads, the ones I got must have had the re-tooling as the edges were straight.
