I puchased a Big Shot glove about 2 months ago, and already there is a deep grove where the string lays.I loved the glove when I got it but this grove is affecting my release.Has anyone else had this problem ? I've since switched back to my Dura-Glove and my release is fine. Thank You

Every glove I've owned has formed somewhat of a small groove or indentation where the string rests against the fingers, particularly when I was shooting heavier bows.  My two Big Shot gloves do that as well.  However, the indentations  are not large/sharp enough to hang up the string, and it still slides off the nylon very smoothly.  Perhaps your glove has unusually thick and soft leather underneath the nylon.  That would accentuate the indentation formation.

Have shot a American Leathers glove for 2 1/2 years . Think the finger ends are the same . Just replaced it this summer because of a grove. Shot mine almost daily. Can not imagine why yours groved so quick. Better luck with the next one , they shoot great . Best glove on the market in my opinion .

I have shot with an all leather glove and the Dura-glove. Both gloves have formed very deep creases in them but in there defense I shot a lot of arrows. I just bought a calf hair tab to give it a try last week and I actually feel that the release is much smoother than when my Dura-glove was brand new. If it holds up to all the arrows I shoot over the next few months I don't think I'll go back to the Dura-glove. Just my opinion though.

Mine has developed the groove, but to me thats how I know I got my deep hook correct.  No ill effects here.  Best glove I've used.  If lt-m-grow can't take it off your hands, I will.
