what woods are used in the Lee Dark Archer bows?? is it micarta?? and if so what is micarta and how well does it hold up( strength wise)??

Yes, phenolic or micarta as its called in other applications. Phenolic is very tough, but does have more flex than other materials in identical risers...but not enough to deter anyone from buying a phenolic riser...in fact I won the world with a solid back phenolic ACS.
