Why???

I have a 56" recurve, 51# @ 27" and a 66" longbow, 51# at 27" yet when I shoot the longbow, the same arrow comes out flatter, straighter and harder hitting.  Why is that?

Cause longbows rock    :jumper:   Actually I don't really know, I just loved my switch to my Tomahawk from my Bear Super K.

off the top I'd say that the arrow is better tuned for the long  bow then it is for the recurve.

I think longer limbs cast an arrow better than shorter limbs at the same poundage.
