Hello Bentpole, 62" with cocobolo w/bocote strip riser with bamboo lams.......... and the dark bamboo he has. Looking forward to gettin it. Gonna take some time to getting used to shooting without gadgets thoug    So what local are you out of (I am 661 Plumbers and Steamfitters)? I just finished my five year apprenticeship in may but am behind on hours for my journeyman card. A few tough times around here. Have a good evening.  Craig

Sheetmetal Workers Local 25 Northern New Jersey Craig tuff break on the work situation. New York City  Tinknockers have had full employment for the past 6 months or so. We're kinda slow now but still working . Your new bow sounds awesome! Very easy to shoot bow. Wear an arm guard if your new to shooting longbows [lower brace height] But I haven't wacked my arm with any of my bows yet. Give me a shout when you get it if I can help you out.

just bought hatchchasers hawk and they are very sweet indeed..i finally found the bow i've been looking for for so long,you cannot buy a better bow for the buck like the man said at twice the price..where you hunt in oregon ausable ? i hunt burns area and eaglecaps.

little advice for ya cmh..shoot a lot and shoot from all different distances.don't shoot from one distance more than two arrows at a time and you'll be amazed at how fast you get the hang of it and start getting very acurrate.this advice was handed to me and its paid off huge benefits in my shooting...find your own style that works best for you then fine tune yourself and go for it. good luck to you
