Approx how do you have your center shot adjusted on your Dalaa riser? Do you have it set in as far as it will go? I know proper position depends on shaft spine etc, but I am curious how most people have set theirs.

I took out the factory center shot and placed a stick-on felt pad (like for putting under the foot of chairs) and then peeled back about half of the depth.  

This had worked really nicely, has lasted several hundred shots so far and is super quiet and smooth. I prefer it over the center shot that came with my Daala.

Hey when are you gonna get some of those 3555 blems back in stock big guy? LOL.

I use a bear weather rest on my das.
When I shot the plunger i had it set just past center-then fine tuned with the tension knob. Never had a problem with it but I found a deal on a bunch of bear weather rests so I use those now.

Gold Tip has corrected most of the issues that created the blems. I do not get very many now (especially the 3555 trad blems). If you are waiting to buy shafts until they are available, you may have a long wait. You should probably look at other shaft options.

Download a copy of the Dalaa owners manual from 3Rivers website.  Adjust as they advise.  Usually the plunger should be adjusted so the tip of the arrow is just a little to the ouside when sighting down the shaft from the string end.

I start by sighting down the arrow with the string in the center of the limbs and riser.The tip of the arrow should just touch the left side of the string line as sighted.

That is where I start to adjust arrow spine.If you are too far in or out it will greatly effect arrow spine.

After I get a bareshaft flying good I go to fletched shafts.At 25-30 yards,if the group is a little left or right,I fine tune a little to center the group.
