Does anyone have any experience with this sharpener for the Magnus Snuffers??? I'm looking for an easier way to get my Snuffers razor sharp! Any info would be much appreciated!

Thanks again!

Silence over speed.  Heavier arrows never hurt.

i just use the file and stone method, its ultra easy and you dont have to change any angles.  The edges are sharp and durable.

Seond the simple file method. I gradually decrease the force of the strokes, until all I'm using is the head's weight to push it along. After that, it's just a simple leather stropping to get 'em where I want them...

Been using the tamer for a very long time. Easy as pie for the sharpening challenged as myself. I'm very picky about how sharp my heads are and these will cut you just looking at them. I use them on Snuffers, Eclipse 2-blade, and Magnus 2-blade. No problems whatsoever.

I bought the Snuffer sharpening kit from 3 Rivers Archery(two fixed files and a leather strop).
It works amazingly well, the sharpest I've ever gotten them. It changes the angle on the blades from 30 degrees to 22(I believe).
It takes some time but really works well.Shooting them into foam doesn't dull them much at all.

I had stayed away from hunting with Snuffers prior to using this because I couldn't get them shaving sharp.
I'll use them for deer this year.

How about posting a close up picture of a Snuffer sharpened on that kit.   I'd like to see what the tips end up looking like.

Does changing the angle change the way they fly??? Mine are flying great but I also wouldn't mind them being a bit sharper than I have them now! I am also very picky about the business end of my arrows!

Great link, my problem was my file was not wide enough. I'm going to try a wider file first before I go to the Tamer!

Thanks guys!
