So with hunting season right around the corner where is everybody going this fall and what are you going after?
Me, I am headed to Manitoba after blackbears in September with fellow gangers Doug77, KYArcher, and BANNOCK. Then it is back to MO for a lot of deer and maybe a turkey.
"People say you can't go back, its like when you get to the edge of a cliff and you take one more step forward or you do a 180 degree turn and take one more step forward. Which way are you going? Which one is progress?" Doug Tompkins

Manitoba with you guys for bear. Then it's back to manitoba in november for deer this year.  Also, I hope to hunt whitetails in Ohio with a couple of guys I met at the PBS convention.  Then it will be deer and turkeys in my home state for the remainder of the season. Unless something else comes up that I can't pass up and I can sneak into this season also.
Live every day like it's your last and one day you'll be right!

I'm gonna go crazy because I will be unable to hunt this year for the second in a row due to school, work, and new babies.  I can't wait to read everyone's stories though.  Ya'll get some good 'uns for me.  Great hunting everyone.

In September I will be hunting elk/bear in Idaho with fellow Trad Gang members Chris Kinslow and Gary Norris. Then it is back to Missouri for deer, turkey, predator and small game hunting. This will be my best year of hunting ever!

Then look out 2009! In February the Wensel Pig Gig awaits me. I will be hunting with Trad Gang members Ben Saye (ksbowman) and Kevin Symes (Fatman) and in June I am signed up for the Bear Quest III hunt. On this hunt I will be hunting with Trad Gang members Kevin Symes (Fatman) and Brett Eisman (Bretto). On both of these hunts I will get to hunt and meet many more members of Trad Gang and I can't wait!

IL in early November for deer.  Then hopefully after I get back to SC we'll have some relatively cool weather that will eliminate the chiggers, ticks, mosquitoes and snakes and I'll do some deer hunting and maybe some hog hunting here in SC.
